Growing up in a community with limited access to resources, I understood early on the value of opportunity and the informative power of education.
The Ademola Isaac Agoro Engineering Empowerment Foundation was born from a deep desire to give back- to create pathways for young people to thrive through engineering and innovation.
We are not just training technicians; we are nurturing change-makers, problem-solvers, and future leaders who will build a stronger Africa from the ground up.

The Ademola Isaac Agoro Engineering Empowerment Foundation is a non-profit initiative committed to building a future where young Africans are equipped with the technical skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to drive meaningful change in their communities.
We believe that engineering is more than a profession – It’s a tool to empowerment, innovation and nation-building. That’s why we focus on hands on training, mentorship, and practical exposure in areas like electrical installation, metering, and renewable energy, particularly for underserved youth and communities.
Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between knowledge and application, ensuring that beneficiaries don’t just learn, but also lead and contribute to solving local challenges- especially in energy access, infrastructure, and sustainability.
